Essex Westford School District (EWSD) has an anticipated opportunity for a Long-Term Substitute Art Teacher at Essex Middle School, to cover for a leave of absence. This position is anticipated to start February 2025 through June 2025. 

Pay: $140 for a half day, $280 for a full day

EWSD is committed to considering out-of-state candidates who are eligible to hold a Vermont educator license but do not yet hold a license in this state.

Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply:

• Valid Educator license, or ability to hold a VT educator license, with appropriate elementary-level endorsement.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a group.
• Ability to effectively integrate social and emotional learning in the classroom to help all students succeed.
• Experience teaching elementary students is preferred but not required.
