Essex Westford School District (EWSD) is seeking a Long-Term 7th/8th Grade Substitute Math Teacher at Albert D Lawton Intermediate Middle School (ADL). This position is expected to start March 17th and go for the remainder of the 2024/2025 school year to cover a leave of absence.

EWSD is committed to considering out-of-state candidates who are eligible to hold a Vermont educator license but do not yet hold a license in this state.

• Hold (or be eligible to hold) a valid VT educator license with middle school math endorsement (4-19B).  Elementary education (1-00) endorsement is also considered.

• Dedication to providing a safe and respectful learning environment for all students with an ability to understand and teach various learning styles.
• Knowledge in utilizing and integrating current technology to support instruction.
